Came here during my two-week trip since I enjoy checking out Japanese and Asian restaurants. The menu here is a mix of Japanese and Korean. I came for dinner and was able to get a seat right away at the bar. I ordered a large pint of Sapporo, Gyoza, Nigiri (Salmon, Unagi, and Yellowtail), and Beef Bibimbap. Everything came with a complimentary Miso Soup. The soup was delicious. The Gyoza was crispy, but lacked good flavor. Even dipping it in the sauce didn't enhance the flavor. The Beef Bibimbap came in a hot stone bowl as it should. The egg it's suppose to have was cooked to over-medium, so I couldn't get a good mix. Overall flavor of the Beef Bibimbap was okay. The nigiri was the best part of the meal, leaving me surprised. The fish pieces were huge making the fish-to-rice ratio was amazing. The quality and flavor was even great. It is definitely worth the price. The staff was friendly and attentive, always checking on me. The food was brought out quickly, except for the nigiri. The one sushi chef here was very busy from was I saw. The prices are more on the expensive side. The place is clean. The layout is a okay, and the decor was average with a mix of themes. If I ever come back, I would definitely come back if I'm craving sushi. I would be interested in trying other dishes too.

Wife and I visited from out of state and it was the best sushi we've had in years. I can't remember the last time I had real wasabi. Very generous portions in the Nigiri and Sashimi combo. Will definitely order again.

**Sake Restaurant Review** Sake, nestled in the heart of Lake Havasu City, Arizona, offers an exquisite blend of authentic Japanese cuisine and a delightful dining experience. As a regular patron, I've observed several key aspects that contribute to its charm. **1. Culinary Excellence:** Sake consistently delivers a culinary masterpiece with each dish. The preparation is swift, maintaining a professional standard that caters to both the discerning palate and the aesthetic eye. The attention to detail in plate presentation elevates the dining experience, turning each meal into a feast for both the senses and the stomach. **2. Knowledgeable and Friendly Service:** The servers at Sake embody a commendable understanding of the menu, displaying efficiency and professionalism. Their ability to swiftly address inquiries enhances the overall dining experience. Their friendly demeanor adds a warm touch to the atmosphere, making guests feel welcome and attended to. **3. Consideration of Pricing:** While Sake's culinary offerings are undeniably top-notch, it's worth noting that prices have seen a modest increase in recent years. This can be attributed to the restaurant's location in a tourist-centric town and prevailing economic factors. The unique experience of enjoying sushi in the midst of a desert adds to the restaurant's appeal, emphasizing the value of this distinctive culinary adventure. **4. Thoughtful Alcohol Service:** Sake provides an extensive selection of alcoholic beverages served at every table, supplemented by a dedicated bar area. Despite its smaller size, the atmosphere distinguishes itself from a typical bar setting, offering a serene environment without loud distractions. While the alcohol options are slightly constrained compared to a full bar, the variety ensures ample choices for patrons seeking a well-paired drink. **5. Unique Setting and Convenience:** Situated in a city known for its tourist allure, Sake stands out as a smaller yet charming establishment. The interior, though dated, contributes to its distinctive character. The restaurant's commitment to accessibility is evident through its seven-day operation, and the added convenience of online ordering and DoorDash delivery enhances accessibility for both locals and visitors. In summary, Sake delivers an unparalleled blend of culinary artistry, attentive service, and a unique setting, making it a noteworthy destination for Japanese cuisine enthusiasts in Lake Havasu City. While prices reflect the surrounding economic landscape, the overall experience justifies the investment, providing a memorable culinary journey that transcends the confines of the desert landscape.

Arigatou gozaimasu! Beautiful presentation, excellent sushi with quality fish. I had the lunch 4 piece nigiri with shrimp tempura roll and miso. You know you are in a great place when on the nigiri the fish is larger than the rice portion. Yummy miso soup with fresh real kelp too. Our table also tried the shrimp tempura Bento and the bulgogi and chicken teriyaki rice bowls. All were excellent. I also highly recommend the strawberry mochi, which was devoured so quickly I didn't get a picture. It was the perfect blend of sweet and creamy. Our waitress/hostess was really sweet too, even though it got crazy with a big lunch rush all of the sudden she still got everything right on our order which is very important because we have severe food allergies and sensitivities in our group. Many more dishes on the menu sound wonderful, and I'll be trying them in the future when we pass by again for sure!

Had a craving for sushi, called and ordered take out. Told them what I was craving, they recommended a mango delight roll and we added some things to it. So glad we ordered two because it was delicious. We will definitely be back!! Wasn’t the prettiest sushi I’ve ever eaten but it was one of the best tasting for sure!
